I was uploading my kiai and it said
Wrong filetype. Not packed in RIFF container.
what does this mean the RIFF Container

You can also use http://mp3cut.net thats what i always used, concon has a video about it and how to use it as well

It was a wav file and it still siad that

I think it must be wav and max 5seconds long. Sometimes dont work 5 second so try 4 sec long

It was 3.7 seconds.

Some of the .wav files don't work on the kiai and sound items maybe because of compression or any difference in frequency? I don't know
so try different online sites
