How Do I Join?
If you want to enter, you need to pay me 1k
and I will add you into the tourney
The tourney will start in June 24th.
If there isnt enough people I will update the post saying Delayed and the event will be Delayed for a month.

Sorry for saying this but I think you didn't understand what he meant by that.
His point is that every 1k that a player sends you will be in the prize pool.
So do you mean that for example (20 players joined the tournament so the prize pool will be 20k and you will add from your budget an extra 10k)
If yes, then it will be 20k (the entry fee) + 10k (from your budget) = 30k (the tournament's prize pool)
and GL <3.
