No to both offers seeing as the packs alone are worth around 250k for all

Packs give achievements and if you look at the market prices you'll see they are way more.
Beetle pack in market = 80k for example

Full sets do as well. And packs are nowadays the same.
Except maybe for the pure demon, etc which happen to require too much qi for some players.
if sbdy buys a beetle pack for 80k I kill myself :}

Packs give you achievements when unpacked bud - full sets don't give you the achievements as far as I'm concerned
