What you're looking at is "Season 1 Contenders" not "Season 1 Runner Ups"

Season 1 Contenders was given to ranks 11-100
- Armor for head and torso only

Season 1 Runner Ups (the one I have) was given to ranks 2-10
- Full Armor V2
