No, it is based on both the editing and the replays. I mean you wont win if you have an amazing edit filled with noobclaps. Nor will you win if you have amazing replays with no good editing.
This event isn't about which clan has the best editor, but to encourage people to actually have a clan video. Therefore the editor does not have to be a member of the clan.
