QI is not an item, just like TP and VIP; an account customization aka a subscription.
Cyborg is a bunch of 3D items aka a pack.

Collectible items are collectibles aka rare aka exclusive.

Just thought to explain a few things, because not everything in the shop is an item and a few things are placed where they are to avoid confusion.
