I think its because i system updated my computer because it told me to. i think it screwed everything or something is wrong wth the hardware which i doubt.
and also i can register accounts ingame and use them online but I cannot login into my already made accounts such as dare :<

you may be an administrator but are you specifically running it as admin?
- right click tb > run as Administrator
- E
Game files\Steam\steamapps\common\Toribash\tb_login.dat (replace with Steam directory) -> open with Notepad -> enter this:
login.dat code:user Dare
pass YourPassHere
Edit: for clarification, using an admin account doesn't run every app in administrator mode as it would give any malicious app a lot of control over your computer, to run them as admin you need to specifically choose to do so
