Are they gone forever?

Most items aren't special, but there are flames that would be nice to get back again

I think when a player gets perma banned his item get sent to random players
For example kahn

Maybe, I am not sure

It is actually not very rare to get un-perma banned most players say there is no real thing
such as a perma-ban because it is very unlikely (if you make a good ban appeal) that you
will stay perma-banned forever.
So most likely your items will still be there.

Not my items, this just crossed my mind.
