Why is it taking so long to be updated? Almost a week into october and it's still at septembers

I've been told there are items that have been made but not implemented.. any reason why?

The reason is simple those items will probably be Halloween items they will most likely be available from a week before until a week after haloloween

Hey there are just some people who are slow at finishing stuff.
