Sending Tc halp.
Me and ping b trying to send tc as i just bought some from him, yet we can't as it seems that the system for it is 'down' currently

As you mentionned, the tc sending system seems to be down in the USA atm. Maybe sir or Dranix are patching something, maybe it's just a forum issue, for now we can't know. In that kind of situation, waiting would probably be the only solution.
