To be honest I don't think I could handle it. I go to college with 16-year-old girls and they annoy me and they're "mature". 14 and 8 sounds horrifying.

Lol yeah good point, hence the speech marks. Never really talk to anyone in that age range though considering I'm only 16.

But I'm also a group leader (?) for a group with people between 16 and 20

I too suck with kids. One time I was baby sitting my little demon cousin, and I had to tell him 3 times to stop smacking on the animals, then I just flipped out on him and he listened. Kids prefer not to listen to me.
