Essentially you have a 'daemon' which connects to a 'seed' which feeds these encrypted messages
your miner essentially connects through that daemon and every once in a while it gets what's called a 'block'
it has to solve a group of puzzles that are incomprehendable to humans, if it goes through all of them successfully it "mines" the block
after mining the block depending on how much the coin is worth at the time it sends a amount of it to your wallet.
