I did gymnastics and parkour for 5-6 years so I've hurt myself a fair bit but I have never actually broken a bone. I was close to breaking my back at one point when doing a running gainer which made me scared to keep going, putting an end to my antics

A bunch of other dudes had jumped in the foampit before me, displacing the cussions and creating a depression in the landingspot. I untucked too early and landed on my stomach, couldn't move my toes for a while and had to get my back scanned but I was alright apart from the mental trauma of thinking I was paralyzed
