what made you change your recruiting process?

The application system was bad since everyone can write good app but we dont like everyone and we dont accept peoples who are bad at this game

I think for a start will be nice showing people that we are invite-only and later if we decide we can open the thread again no problem.

Maybe, for now I see only positive comments about that which is awesome
