I don't see this happening to my country for now but some dumb politicians already sent people to put spikes or something pointy in a floor where MANY people used to sleep on. Also in my state (where this happened) we have one of the worst winters of the country so there are a lot of cases whee these people die by cold

all things considered, being in jail would be better than being homeless

free food and a place to sleep. Hell, if I was homeless I'd probably "rob" some place just to go to jail.
