What could we call the opposite of the peak swap: where we extend the lower arm's elbow and contract the raise arms elbow. (maybe this would be the proper snap-down definition)
-----
one arm raise + one arm lowered = arm swap. yes theres more to the throw than that i understand.
-----
in this replay especially it looks like half of a full throw (but not a half throw) bc of only one arm swap.

I don't think we need to worry about what the opposite of an arm swap is in this context, because extending the lower arm's elbow and contracting the raise arms elbow will get you lifted in the air in most situations. It's just something I stay away from because it tends to bring your cog higher.

It's not an arm swap until you actually do the swapping of the arms, that's why the move is called a peak throw and not a peak swap. Once you have the guy in the air you can do whatever you want arm swap-wise, but the peak throw is just a basic technique.

We need to add more leg grab counters. Here's some things for y'all to think about:

1st and 2nd replays: Countering leg grab via half throw
3rd replay: Countering leg grab via soto makikomi
