oh that happened to me a couple times but it was a lot troublesome to fix as far as I remeber

I always try looking if I didn't turn the wifi mode off first

I still have zero clue on how to fix it

usually fn+f1 or fn+f2 sets wifi mode on and off

I don't know what's your problem though, and I'm not even sure if I'd be able to help you but I still have no idea what's going on your laptop
