"Racism, illegal pornography, snuff material, warez, pirated software, and anything that is widely regarded as illegal is NOT allowed anywhere on any of our services."As far as we know, Toribash doesn't own Discord. They can moderate their server as they see fit and take action based on what happens there. But outside that specific context, it doesn't make much sense.
I don't like drama and didn't want to take sides or even participate in this kind of discussion, @manitoda2. But it's clear you never read the Toribash Terms of Service—otherwise, you'd understand Bee's desire to clarify the situation.

I'm sure there could be a million reasons for the ban, but if it was based solely on a screenshot, something doesn't feel right. Someone called you the n-word because you were rage-baiting? Boohoo—life goes on.
The point here isn’t just about the n-word (not justifying it), it’s about the rules and maintaining fairness in a game we all care about. Because clearly, something doesn’t add up.
In the distant past, my TeamSpeak/Skype DMs were never taken into consideration. So either something is missing now, or there’s a clear case of double standards.
( I don’t particularly know manitoda2 or Yonker. I'm speaking in an impartial way.)
Considering that this was done on a 3rd party platform and wasn't a part of the forums or in game I honestly don't believe his ban is justifiable. Honestly.

I really think that the staff should reconsider their policies and some of them should be fired/replaced from their positions
not quite the full context. firstly, he was not initially the op on the server, he was given it for company. also, at that moment I was playing duel mode, and he turned it off specifically to ban me. this is more complete context. and I ask you not to forget who skizz is and how many times he used n word on various toribash servers

Honestly it's not even just on discord the same thing could be done on other platforms such as Facebook and other messaging apps (speaking as though you have given that kinda information on yourself out there.). Your gonna run into people that are truly racist and combative.
And it's kinda silly to get banned bc someone's feelings are hurt. The way this ban was initiated seems to be solely targeting the player seeing as though the guy who reported the issue uses the same word. I mean everyone that I played with back in 2016 should have been banned for stuff that was said way worse.
