Quantum teleportation isn't as simple as one thing teleports somewhere else, you wiggle one electron and its partner "wiggles" too. But they don't exhibit the same pattern so the information is not coherent.
An interesting discussion point, if you shine a perfect flashlight at the moon so it's diameter is something like 5cm, you then move the flashlight as fast as you can, is the spotlight on the moon capable of moving faster than the speed of light?

I hate to burst your bubble, but scientists have teleported an atom or two, and no, the atom was not moved at light speed to a new location, it was actually teleported.

Im fairly sure this is sufficient evidence to confirm that teleportation is possible.
I would also like to raise the term, Terminal Velocity.
This is basically the largest velocity a body of mass can have, and since humans can survive this speed, we would be able to survive any other speed you put us at.
Just gonna comment on this, our thoughts, memories, and stuff are all stored in the nerve connections in the brain iirc, so they are still a part of our physical body.

If a time machine were to ever be invented, we would already have it. Unless parallel universes are a thing, of course.

Wormholes are really quite interesting, watch interstellar if you want a fun science fiction (the explanation is actually pretty solid) explanation of wormholes (spoilers??)
