It's not really up to Aquita at this point, I care about what all of you have to say that's why I haven't shut down this conversation.
Replays should always be required, even though they are not necessarily needed. If you don't save replays normally, like dare, and you can't be bothered to get the replays required, are you really serious about joining the org? Without the replays, any random asshole could make an application and never return to this board. I wouldn't want to be the guy trying to find him ingame and test him. Think
of the replays as a test of commitment to the org.
Both
The application process shouldn't require we shouldn't require them, but they can post them if they'd like. It would make their chances better, but they could also choose to test ingame which in turn might make them have to wait a bit longer until scheduled Testers are on and just require them to be tested 3 times. Save those replays and post them and bam they have replays of their test that can be added for review.(Like Aquita has already said). As you can see it's a compromise. Alse let applicants have a choice between Free form and then just a basic app that Aquita has. Freedom is the key, so is compromise.
It's just a bit weird to say, "oh you dont have replays? go and play, save replays and then post." It may show who is serious about joining, but it's also a pain and not many people want to go and do that.
Besides the grammar it's pretty good idea right. I was up late and I typed on my phone.
