Yeah. Also nice mobo, I was actually looking into getting that for all the features it has at such a low price.

If you want a better processor, you could probably spend maybe $50 more for this.

It overclocks extremely well, but even if you don't plan on overclocking it, it will be considerably better than your Anthlon quad. Still, the processor you chose is pretty decent.

Also, on the topic of video cards, I'd suggest a 6850. Almost equal in performance to a gtx 460, if not better. It also costs about $20 less.

Also also, only listen to this if you plan on gaming or something.
hi
seems that he plans on gaming with it, and the 5850 is closer to gtx 460 performance. the 6850 is between the 5850 and the 5830 in performance. not a bad card though either way. any of those choices are better than the 5770 honestly and they are compatible with your system as well

Do you already have a case and power supply?
hi
650w power supply is good enough for any computer without sli videocards honestly. i'm using a 500w power supply with a gtx 460 overclocked (my own settings) a phenom II 965 overclocked at 4.07ghz 4gb of ram a sony dvd drive and two hdd's

i also have 3 case fans and two case light strips

even if you're going to run crossfire with the ati 6850 i would suggest a 650w power supply
