idk if this is outdated or not, i literally took it from the legend subforum "Introduction" post, but assuming that it isnt, the truth is that literally none of these people care about the community in any palpable way. they just want to make more toricoins. these people are in no way fit to be role models either, as was already discussed in this thread. im down to see shmevin as legend tho, as everyone else has said too, its just that noone else fits this criteria whatsoever really
None of the people that I've named dropped in this thread have been the flavor of the month. As noted in my initial post, it shouldn't be given out like candy. However, again, everyone I've named-dropped has been at the top for a long time. Whether you like them or not, that is the truth. These are players that the majority of the community would see in an event bracket or CL lineup and audibly sigh. That's cool.
I do agree that a legend should be a role model. And I can't say for certain that they don't care abt the community, that's an unjust statement. But as a matter of fact, yes, Shmevin should be a legend. But the other 3 I mentioned should be given their chance at immortalization, some more than others, ofc. It doesn't have to be through the legend pathway; just something. I'd like to mention three other names, but this isn't a glaze post; the names are for others to decide.

Shit, even that's fine DD. achievements can be paired with their bad actions, so at least it's not ignored like it never happened
