Seems we are in a bit of confusion over leaders and stuff.

I'm stepping down as due to my extended absence over the summer and my excessive work load from Uni. I have little time to manage the forum and feel it would be in much better hands if someone else took over. I'll still be about, just not in charge.

Rutz also does not want to be a leader at this time and although flubbah rocks he is fairly inactive atm.

Personally I'm quite content for Leilak and Cyclone to continue however in the spirit of fairness I believe we should have a new vote for the permanent positions of leader and co-leaders.

If you are an elite members and would like to be considered post here and we can setup a vote after a few people have put themselves forward.

If there are any other suggestion put them here, otherwise i think this is our best option at present.

I agree with frunk about the recruitment thread.

I would also suggest having 2 co-leaders.

I argee with Ern. i think we need 2 co- leaders.

also i agree with kenny that recruitment thread should be open and a special team for testing *cough Deadkenny and 40 cough*.
