Here's what happened. I just won a 1k duel against tr1ckle. So I was going to spectate because that's all I wanted to play. But after I won the second match instantly started without me pressing the space bar, at the same times I spectated. I lost my 1k, but noobstatus said he didn't get any tc.

There was no waiting at all.

Right when he dq'd the next match started, right when I spectated. It didnt give me a chance to not play.

You probably won't get a refund, unless a GM is feeling generous.
This is just one of the risks in dueling.

Sometimes it will glitch and start emediatly or tr1ckle was running a script.
What helps is to turn duel mode off and spectate after the match so even if the fight starts you and the other player wont lose thier tc.

As for your loss there is nothing anyone can (or will) do. Like firebolty said you can ask a GM to refund you but on most chances they wont.
