As I`ve heard throughout the years over the internet, Cthulhu is buried in the ancient city of R'lyeh with some of his warriors in the Pacific Ocean at exactly 47°9′S 126°43′W.
What about it? He doesn't rise until the stars are right. Until then he eternally sleeps. They aren't warriors they are deep ones, servants basically. Mother Hydra and Dagon also dwell in the ancient city of R'lyeh.
