Ok, this'll sound really noobish.
I've tried to do a clean spin kick/decap but no matter what i do i either can't get high enough to hit the head, or i over shoot and miss, or it goes completely wrong and i land on my face... lame.
Could anyone reply with a tut on how to do it.
