Unfortunately the Clan warring system is relatively new so your going to have some bugs, and I can assure you though that they are working on ironing those out but, for now there isn't much that can be done for it.

It's better just to ignore it when it happens and keep going.

eh im preety sure u have to op all of the participants in the CW to the system to count them tho i might be wrong.

The clan wars are bugged at the moment, and the scores fail to display themselves as valid entries.
Please be patient, this bug has been noted and is working on a fix.
