which headphone is the best?
Hey guys. im planning on buying a new set of headphones which are high quality in both sound and material and are good looking. im looking for suggestions and your reviews about these headphones. you can suggest some headphone brands and maybe post some pictures here. my budget: $150-$400 so here are some headphones that im looking for,

so these are called The RPM made by Nixon.

features:
  • custom 40mm driver tuned specifically for dj monitoring
  • robust, articulating joints for full range of cueing orientations
  • unique gel filled ear cushions create a comfortable uniform seal
  • interlocking coiled cable for professional connectivity
  • additional iphone compatible remote cable with microphone
  • includes ¼ inch professional audio adapter
  • ultra-secure, custom molded travel case

TECHNICAL SPECS:
  • Driver Type: 40mm dynamic
  • Frequency Response: 18 - 20,000 Hz
  • Sensitivity: 116 dB/V @ 1 kHz
  • Impedance: 24 Ω
  • Interface: 3.5mm and ¼ inch stereo analog
  • Cable: 1.3m braided fabric and 2m PU coil cable
  • Weight: 347g
What i like about these: they're good looking, also because it has gel filled ear
cushions and it fits around the ear and prevents ear aches. detachable cable
and i can easily replace them if they get spoiled.

What i dont really like about these: they're heavy and pretty bulky

Price: around S$299

the Sennheiser HD 598

Specifications:
  • Sensitivity: 108 dB
  • Manufacturer Warranty: 2 years
  • Headphone Type: Full Size
  • Connector Type: 1/4
  • Weight: 9.52 oz w/o cable
  • Impedance @ 1kHz: 50 Ohms
  • Detachable Cable: No
  • Cord Length: 9.5ft
  • Cord Type: Straight Left-Side
  • Coupler Size: Large
  • Ear Coupler Type: Full-Size
  • Driver Type: Dynamic
  • Acoustic Seal: Open
What i like about these: they look stunning and fits around the ear. has good and comfortable ear cushions, good materials used and also because its pretty tight on the head. detachable cable so that i can buy a new one if it gets spoiled.

What i dont really like about these: it comes with a 10ft wire which is ridiculous and the jack for an ipod or iphone needs to be manually plugged into the main jack for DJ mixers which would make the whole thing look even longer which i really do not like. i like to hear my music at full blast and these headphones would leak music that im hearing.

Price: around S$300 to S$320.
