It's his server and he can do what he wants to do.

It wasnt he just got opped
also people lost tc

He's allowed to do anything he wants as he was the OP of the server, after all.
If you don't like the way that the server is handled, join a different one.
And your screenshot doesn't seem to show any evidence of him resetting the match or anyone losing TC.

Ask everyone in the game from the screenie,
you can tell he resetted because it was lpm vs sgib, people betted, it said bets reset then he betted 12k again

Regardless of if he reset the match or cancelled bets, nothing can be done in terms of punishment.
He was OP, therefore he's allowed to do anything he wants.
And there's no way of knowing if LPM was the one who reset/cancelled the bets.
We can't just take their word for it, as there were 5 OPs or so.

If it's done frequently, something can be done about it.
And maybe if you provided pics of the event, it would help clear this thing up.
