1.everytime i open tb.exe it says "tb.exe has stopped working"
2.sometimes "toribash.exe has stopped working"
3.sometimes it wont open at all,not even one message like i open it 4.something close it down automaticly when i open it
tried to download it for 4 times,didnt work

Once the runtimes are installed fire up Windows Update - there's a patch for them you should get too.

Fingers crossed that'll fix it, ntdll.dll has a nasty habit of being a sign your PC needs wiped & reinstalled.
