My computer is good, has 320GB HD and 2GB RAM, Intel Pentium Dual Core T4500. But when I change the settings to use shaders my FPS go to 11. Can somebody help me. What can I do to play with shaders, fluid blood and reflections with FPS on 31 without buying a new PC :|.

It's your graphics hardware letting you down, so unless you feel like shelling out for a adequate GFX card you'll either have to make so with 11FPS or drop the game's resolution & turn off all the additional shader options - that might get you another 1 or 2 FPS. ;)

Basically you're not going to get a playable speed without some proper hardware.
