Well i made two videos that show my most used Offencive and Defencive moves.
Beginners are welcome to try it out and learn new techniques from there.

I think they are pretty nice for beginners
Maybe try to make later some more advanced ones
And try to move a little slower so people can follow along

Fraps (recording program) and Windows live movie maker (its free). I also have sony vegas but im still learning how to use that.
