Im pretty sure there are probably requirements to become an Item Forger my whole toribash career ive wanted to make items so im wondering if i have to learn certain programs or something?

They may have posted information about how to become an item forger somewhere, but I not aware of it. They are a new group so they don't exactly have any formal process for it. The usual thing to do is to talk to the people involved or in charge. Just tell them what you want to do and why you're interested.
