Bookie needs to refund when no one else bets.
Betting is a LOT of fun, but its WAY more damn risky than a 50/50 because if no one else bets, then you either LOSE YOUR TC, OR GAIN ZERO TC.

So who wants to be the first one to bet if I say, you are guaranteed to either lose all your TC or gain Zero.......NO ONE.

People will start betting more if there is an auto refund from the Bookie if no one else places a bet.

hell, let the bookie keep 10% of total bets or something.

It's also a nice tc sink for the inflation of tc we have now

You might be unhappy about losing tc but think about this way
even if someone did counter you would have still lost that tc

Risking 1k tc to gain 0 tc is not a risk...its Numbskull shit...why is that the default option in tb No one on this planet would risk that! Theres no possible upside...so that's why there's no betting off of moderated servers.

If we auto refunded when there was no counter then there would be more betting and more fun!

Think about it this way
500,000,000tc in circulation
They need to get that down so that hampa can make money selling TC from the torishop
They don't have an auto refunding option because they need to sink it, Betting IS a risk no matter what, it's your fault for betting it and it shouldn't be refunded either way

Wolfe...I'm not trying get a refund. This is the suggestion thread. I'm suggesting we have universal betting rules regarding encountered bets to encourage more betting.

@natejas....sinking tc...that's the only coherent explanation I've heard for not changing the system.thank you for that. I can see how a change might be bad for hampa. I wonder though how much tc is really sunk that way considering that is mostly an accidental way of betting. On bet servers if someone loses the tc goes to another user or is returned...not sunk
