Plain and simple.
This set was made in 2009, payed 250k for it back then, I do not expect those kinds of prices anymore, still, I expect decent bids.

I'm willing to trade it for a set that is personal and has some happiness to it. Doesn't have to be amazing quality as long as it pleases my eye.
