Good ideas. I changed the ranks:
Sensei: Old and very good members, they have some rights
Knights: Very good fighters
Fighters: Members that proofed that they are very useful for this clan
Members: Normal members.
If you dont like these ranks, just say it.

I dont really think i need someone at my side, who can help me, but im thinking about that.

Clan Story: My english is not the best, so i think u guys could send me some serious or funny storys, maybe we will use them.

You just have to apply, but as i can see, do you did that already.

He speaks my language and live in the same GMT as me, so it will be more easy to manage and organize things together; he is forum active and very ingame active, and i think hes very clever to manage things.
