Hi I want to learn how to run like swexxelite! I just want to know, is it a secret because I can't find it anywhere. Plz link me to it or tell me how.

I alrady know how to run, but Im just fascinated in his glorious run! (I know how to play with words xD)

Swexx's run is just his style, there is no 'set run' he does each time. He basicly just does a run opener, then improvises a run. Just try to be smooth and keep balance, use your pecs, not chest.
