How much cost a no qi transfer items?
I want to buy some elf stuff but i need 15k qi 
. I know that a GM or a moderator or a Market Squad can make a no qi item transfer. How much it cost... i really need some elf stuff.

What do you mean by a 'transfer item'?
You can only get these items by buying them on the market off the marketeers.

I want to say i want to buy the elf stuff with its price from market (price with qi restriction) but i know that a gm or a moderator can send me the item with no qi restriction for a fee if i remember. And i pay also the item price.
