When I try to upload a new texture it says this:

Upload Failed. Make sure the filetype is valid
Contact support for more information

That simply isn't true. I know for a fact everything is correct, and have tried nearly every filetype accepted. This has been going on for like 6 months and has prevented me from uploading new textures, but now I really want to and I want this to get fixed. I bought textures which I can't use, because it won't let me upload them. I also want to replace my current head.
