A) Server History.
1) Tittle says it all.
A list of servers you were in(with date and time), gets cleared automatically every 2 or 3 days, but you can disable the feature of auto-clearing in the options, so you can clear this list at any time you like/not remove any server history.
2) How does it look like?
Basically, when you go to the Multiplayer menu, you will see four tabs.
Servers Menu.
History List.(A)
Global History(B)
Favorite Servers List(C)
The default tab opened is the Server list, but you can switch to the tab I'm going to talk about - The History List, which shows the servers you went in & the last time you've entered it, it would even have the servers that were created & died, so you can join it(but a new one).
But keep in mind that if you went to a server that has an same room name as the old one, it will be over-written.
3) How is this useful?
Can be used to go back to official tourney servers, bet servers, gmtourney, create servers before that died again, faster navigation between lobbies and so on.
B) In-Game Global History. 1) Tittle says it all.
A list of the previous Global(s) that were pronounced In-Game, with the date and time, it's as easy as it sounds and works similarly to the one above - gets cleared automatically every 2 or 3 days, but you can disable the feature of auto-clearing in the options, so you can clear this list at any time you like/not remove any global history.
2) How does it look like?
Basically, it would be a list just like the Toribash Broadcast, although it would be In-Game & in the form of a server, more like this:-
Format: #+ Global Mod Room Players Min Belt Max Belt
Example: #1337 Hello, this is a global. /jo servername to have fun. Test.tbm servername 1/1
3) How is this useful? Could be used to track Globals without going to the forums, as well as that you can immediately connect to the server just like joining any normal server - Double clicking it/Clicking Connect. C)Favorite Servers List. 1) Tittle says it all.
A list, just like the last two, which shows the list of the servers you've marked as your favorite by clicking "Add To Favorites" button (Can be near the Connect button).
2) How does it look like? Being a guy in-hurry to leave, I'm going to summarize. Clicking a tab just like the other two - servers which you've added to the favorites will appear in that list, double click to join any of them.
3) How is this useful?
To make it simple - Could an be used to go back to official tourney servers, create bet servers with the same old room name, joining GmTourney, create servers before that died again, faster navigation between lobbies and so on.
Afterall, it would look something like this:-
.
So tell me what do you think of those ideas, and tell me what are your ideas.
This is a pretty fancy idea, but for the favorite server list i only see this working with official servers, as player-made servers change everyday and it might be hard to track the server. Anyways, Supported.
