[VID] Matarika: Fun in the Fields
So this video was made out of pure fun. I just wanted to mess around with the grass haha. Anyway, hope you enjoy the replays and fields and stuff...lol Hope the sound effects weren't as "unfitting" like most people said about the Impact Sparring Promo. I toned most of the sound effects down, besides the grass sounds, which i felt was at a realistic volume. If not well, im sorry lol
I kinda liked the camera though, like not moving. When the camera moves with the person it gives a sense your focusing on the person. In this is wanted the focus to be on the scenery entirely, so keeping the camera still on most of the shots i felt gave a better illusion of the vast field and space.

I think you could have dumped a little bit of CC to make everything a bit greener
One thing that really bugged me was the fact that the shadows are purple despite them being cast on greenish grass
The panning back part wasn't very well tracked
But I suppose for a fun edit I can't judge it too harshly, eh? Imo the song suited the vid well

- Nice idea so far. I loved the camera during the parkour part with the shader, everything fit together and loved how you changed grass color to give deep impression.
- Try to take moving grass, like a movie part or just a gif. I think the main quality about having something natural in a video is the natural moves.
- The shadows are purple on green grass ? ^^ I can send you a "totally green" shader for greenscreens if you want.
- During the parkour I have the impression that the parkour stuffs are flying over the grass.
- The part with butterflys is a great idea but need more works on fitting Toribash's camera and texture movement.
- The sounds managing is a bit better than your previous video but still too loud I guess. I think sounds doesn't have to be louder than the music itself. If the tori is close or far from the camera it should change the decibels of the sounds too.
I think the music fit very well with the video.

didn't like it, when you were panning out with the butterflies the grass and the speed the camera was panning out were so out of sync it was funny, you shouldn't use an image of grass from above when you're stapling it to the ground, so it's flat, but using a camera angle from the side, it looks fucking weird.
