The framerate seems really low. I think probably either the settings in Fraps aren't quite right or you just need to increase the velocity some more. Also, did you right click each clip and select 'disable resample'?

It's always nice to see longer videos. There wasn't really much sync, more like replays with some music behind them, but nice to watch nonetheless. Transition attempts were decent too, these will get better with practice.

The framerate seems extremely low, are you recording in 60fps or is it something like 30 or 10fps?

The rays should be reserved for an effect rather than applying it to the entire clip, especially for the first replay. I think that the CC in the third and fifth one was rather well done, it fit the song

Overall a decent attempt at a first video, I hope to see more from you in the future
