So I decided to go ahead and try peoples ideas and they worked out decently, the velocity was all over the place and the editing is disappointing but here it is guys. Thank you for the masking ideas and such! Hope you enjoy it!

Some bits were a bit framey, were you using twixtor throughout the thing? If not then 30fps and rsmb is usually your best bet

By 30fps I meant render in 30fps, you want to record at 60

RSMB is a plugin for SVP or AAE which automatically adds motion blur to the clips so everything looks much smoother especially at lower framerates, but it really increases the render times

Ahh alright! I set my Fraps up to record at 60fps but it still records lower and then in the clip description it says 60 so I dont know.. I tried twixtor with some tuts but it just looked baddd

No it is not, I just don't have that nice of a laptop :P

Set Fraps to record at 30/15fps and check "Lock framerate when recording"

After you record just speed the clip up 2x/4x
