Does anyone have a DEFINITE idea how dq timeout works!

Sometimes we notice that it adds up, and sometimes it actually just resets.

I have no idea if there is a refill time of some sort, but then it doesn't seem that it's a plausible theory since sometimes it just resets quickly!

Another thing is there perhaps dq timeout for each joint? I'm not sure, anyway.

Sometimes, you just autodq with dq timeout.
