is there a way to get a list of players who own a particular item?

for example, finding out who owns shutter shades.

Just to add the reason why, if anyone was wondering:
It's so that users don't go around mass pming people who own a specific item. If it's not in the market or the items board then they probably don't want to sell it so there's no point subjecting them to undue harassment.
