Full disclosure because I like transparency:
We had wanted to do one similar to last year but because we lack certain tools to automate certain tasks it's a LOT of work to put on.
The biggest obstacle we've faced against is getting the prize items created. At the moment what would need to happen is that every prize item would need to be spawned manually by hand by a TSA. That's a shitload of time. Counting tickets on the accounts, drawing the winner and sending prizes is also a bit of work but easier to automate. I've looked into getting various systems developed or added by the devs (ranging from a TSA only item generation function in the API so I could script the item generation to an addition to the TSA actions sending feature we currently use so that it could generate items on the spot) to make the hurdles smaller but unfortunately due to the fact that all of that sort of thing is pretty much handled by a volunteer dev team it's hard to get things added. Not to mention there is a bit of a backlog of other things we'd like to get made for you guys too.
At the end of the day it's just not really viable because of that. And it's not the fault of the devs at all. It's no one's fault really - Toribash operates off of limited income and most of that is funneled into client development (you know, the game that all of this is centered around). Since stuff here is operational and works, quality of life changes aren't a priority.
