Mute all command
I'd like to suggest that mute all should block only the global chat in server, not in whisper. It's really annoying while chatting in whisper with someone while tourney or bet server for example.

Supported, that way if a host forgets to unmute all you can whisper them to let them know or find out if it is intentional or not to keep eveyone muted

Not supported, I believe that the purpose of /muteall is to get everyone's undivided attention on rules prizes and such. Due to me hosting tourneys of my own I already dislike repeating what prize is when I have stated already, doing this would increase the the headache of repeating yourself even more.

These are players who just dont pay attention to the server. They wont listen anyway. Just my opinion tho

I think muteall is just to stop the person talking from being interrupted rather than demanding undivided attention, I agree with owca here, I personally wouldnt really be offended if people were whispering when I did an intro to a tourney or a trivia
Don't dm me pictures of bowls that you find attractive.

Not supported,im ok with morals,it is supposed to everyone to pay attention to rules,prizes,etc....if people wont pay attention,they just leave server/tourney.

You cant force people to pay attention(not in this way for sure). they'll start surfing the net, watching yt ,or chatting on fb.

Someone shouldn't be forced to leave a bet/ES server and make a private server just to talk to their pals. I feel as if you should be able to whisper while the host is naming off the rules or trivia. I do support this idea a lot

Do I have to listen to stupid trivia's or morons who are expecting depac while bet server is running? That's stupid.
Most of players knows rules which are almost always the same for every tourney.
