Well the rates for selling TC apply on selling cards like steam wallets too. I don't really know exactly the common rates these days because i wasn't so active, but i do belive is like 10-13k/$/or for some in euros. So i would say you can get 50-65k for that 5$ if you work with that rate i told you.
