stop shading with black and white , not how real light works.

i assume your gonna blend it out so im not gonna complain about, however i am gonna hassle you about the the mapping and anatomy, (i assume all realism is supposed to be realistic), so the eye sockets are huge , the nose isn't placed properly and the mouth is to wide. i'd advise google a pic of a skull from front on, left side and right side, and trying to fix up the mapping and anatomy
