PS²: the "sharp lines" are for making the texture more cartoon-ish

I mean, Paint.net is not the best place to make art.

Get Gimp i'd say. You'll get a better cartoon feel when using the tools there.

WeooWeoo> actually i preffer using some program i already have "experience" on.
and i know most tools here and stuff(i know gimp and photoshop are better programs,but i wanna start by a basic to later get to other stuff).

The lines are jank if you are freehanding it I would recommend templates or maybe investing in a drawing pad/tablet although it takes a bit to get used to it helps alot with drawing
